Do I need an interactive whiteboard to use the CSI digital texts CD-ROM?

No. Although the CSI CD-ROM is developed foremost for use with interactive whiteboards, it can also be used simply with a computer and LCD projector. 

Connect your projector and computer, insert the disk and project the texts onto a wall, a standard whiteboard, a white screen or any other suitable viewing surface. Use all of the interactive tools with your mouse and keyboard from the computer.

Please note that overhead transparencies are included in the folders for teachers who do not have access to an LCD projector or interactive whiteboard.  

Please also note that all digital texts are provided on the root menu of each CSI disk, so teachers can choose to project PDFs to use with their own whiteboard tools.
